As reported, to promote the goals of the "Agenda for Sustainable Development until 2030" by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the United Nations Organization, to encourage innovation, and at the same time to promote the "Azerbaijan 2020: Vision of the Future" Development Concept and "National economy and the main sectors of the economy" In order to support the implementation of "Strategic Road Maps", the Second Republican Innovation Competition was announced.
In order to raise awareness about the Second Republican Innovation Competition announced jointly with the Ministry of Economy and the UN Mission in Azerbaijan, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Baku State University, teachers, students and young researchers of the High Technologies Park of ANAS, as well as ASAN volunteers events were held.
So far, about 70 projects have been submitted to the competition. Currently, the acceptance of projects for the competition continues. To participate in the competition, candidates can submit their projects through the "Idea Bank" (www.ideya.az) platform of the State Agency for Service to Citizens and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan until September 20, 2018.
